Ribbed Roof

The ribbed roof panel is proven product that provides durability, cost efficiency, and ease in erection. It is available in 24 and 26 gauge steel. The strength enhances walkability, resistance to hail damage, and along with the deep ribbed panel configuration increases load carrying capacity. The side lap configuration is engineered to ensure weathertightness. The panel is 36" wide with 1-1/8" high ribs on 12" centers and a full side lap configuration. A quality sealant is applied during erection which helps eliminate water migration and air infiltration. Special fasteners with innovative pilot points to minimize fastener strip-out are used and increased fasteners along the eaves will combat moisture migration from ice and snow build-up. These panels have both UL 30 and UL90 classification from Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. for wind uplift resistance.
