Conceptual Graphics Rendering Packages

General Steel Corporation offers the following Design Packages to our clients. These professional renderings are full color, state-of-the-art computer generated. They are detailed conceptual drawings, and are customized by you for your building project. Prices depend on complexity, size, time frames and number of changes. Call for a quote. Design packages are sold separately. Packages do not include stamped architectural drawings. (Note: Our graphics department is extremely busy and this service is on a first come first serve basis.)

Conceptual Graphics Package A

Includes:

• Full color 3-d conceptual graphic renderings of buiding exteriors with doors, windows and composite facades to help identify frame structure needs.
• Building elevations of all four sides with dimensions.
• Roof style and elevations
• Computerized modeling of 50 Year Steel Frame Structure
• 4-6 weeks production time.

Conceptual Graphics Package B

Includes all of the above plus...

• Interior floor-plans and space planning schematics.
• Production time 6-8 weeks

Conceptual Graphics Package C

Includes all of the above plus...

• Preliminary cost analysis
• Production time 8-10 weeks
