Primary Structural Framing

The primary interior framing of a building is comprised of he main load-carrying members of the structural system. The primary frame includes sidewall columns, rafter beams, intermediate columns (on multi-span), splice plates and bolted connections.

Rigid frame multi-span with straight, gable roof (M-4) (1:12)

Again uniform depth columns make inside storage or finishing much easier. Ideal for rack systems or liner panel applications.
Typical uses: Warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, industrial or other facilities with significant square footage with focus on interior space usage or build out.

Rigid frame multi-span w/ tapered columns single slope roof (M-4)(1:12)

When economy and strength are necessary this design is used for larger industrial and commercial applications. Allows for addition to existing structures without depending on the engineering of the existing building for support.
Typical uses: Warehousing, manufacturing, retail structures and any larger industrial or commercial buildings. Ideal for expansions or additions when cost is a factor. Used when drainage is a concern. Suitable for additional mansards or parapets for aestheticds or blending in with existing building.

Rigid frame multi-span with tapered columns, gable roof (M-4)(3:12)

Interior columns reduce the distance the rafter beams must span without support. This feature reduces initial cost for primary framing package on wide buildings.
Typical uses: Warehousing, distribution centers, manufacturing, industrial or other facities with significant square footage.

Rigid frame multi-span with tapered columns, gable roof (M-2) (0.5:12)

Interior columns reduce the distance the rafter beams must span without support. This feature reduces cost for primary framing package on wide buildings.
Typical uses: Warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, industrial or other facilities with significant square footage.
