The second tip we’d like to offer is in the language advertisers use to manipulate you to buy something. For example, one might refer to a building system as a special deal that you “can’t miss.” It’s generally not a wise idea to purchase anything—especially something of great value—under a time pressure. A third tip is in the art of comparison shopping. While there may be two seemingly identical buildings be offered for sale, the differences may be in the quality of steel, whether or not a warranty is being offered, or the accessories or components included with the package.
