A fourth and rather important factor is the compliance of a building with the local building codes. It is your responsibility to ensure that your new steel building complies with state or municipal codes. We recommend that you do not sign a contract or send in any money for the deposit until you have verified the proper coding that you need to get the go ahead to build. Changes in the contract to meet a proper code will always drive the price up. This is not good.
