Another false assertion working against pre-engineered steel structures is their purported inability to modify to added structure loading demands once the structure is complete. Steel building shoppers should be as informed of the original use of the specific steel structure and also any likely extensions or changes intended for the coming years. Should enhanced Heating and cooling assemblies are to be situated atop the steel roof, as this argument goes, or an interior building crane needs to be affixed, the original steel structure roof loading is seemingly insufficient to the task.
