A Weather-tight Roof (cont. from Thursday)

Posted on Friday 16 February 2007

The first question we want to ask you is, What kind of roof panels are you planning to use? Before you make your final decision, make sure it fits with your building system. A second important question to ask is, Does your roofing system incorporate hips and valleys? Hopefully so, because this is very important. The slope or pitch of the roof has got to be evaluated along with the overall complexity of the roof structure that will be installed. And a rather rhetorical question is, Would you like to help prevent future headaches with your building project? Then take the time necessary to see to it that everything is right. Don’t just assume that they will know what your questions are. If you do have questions, then do not hesitate about consulting a professional.
