Should You Buy or Should You Lease? (part 3)

(continued from the previous post …)

As we were discussing in the previous blog, the fundamental question in this venture is: “Why lease when you can own?” Again, the most important decision to be made is either the purchase of a brand new building or continuing some type of leasing arrangements with an existing property owner. Think about this in terms of the advantages of owning your own home. When you went about the purchase process of your home, you knew the number of rooms you required, the size of the home that you wanted, where in your community you wanted to live, and a number of other factors – long before you actually made the final purchase. You probably did this before you even took the step of talking to a realtor, because you were already informed about the benefits of owning your own home. The tax benefits, as well as the eventual re-sale value of your home in the future, probably contributed to your decision to purchase instead of continuing to rent.

Should You Buy or Should You Lease? (part 2)

(continued from the previous post …)

Let’s say that your business or organization is growing and ready to expand. The question you will face is whether or not to buy or lease? Of course there are pro’s and con’s to each choice. Nevertheless, whether you represent a a church, retail store, small business, restaurant, or corporation you will be much better off if you build that new building with steel. Therefore, if you are planning to use a steel building for your existing (or anticiapted business needs) there are a number of details to consider when you are making this important decision.

Should You Buy or Should You Lease?

How much of your monthly budget goes into paying lease at some expensive real esate property? Don’t you wish you could own your own building–property that you can call your own, property that belongs to your business or organization and not feel subject to a landlord? Owning a new building is highly possible with a pre-engineered steel building system from General Steel. If you want to change the way you’re doing things into something new, something better, than consider changing your location into a General Steel building.
