How qualified is the company you plan to do business with? The onus is all on you to find out. Don’t be fooled by a flashy website with lots of bells and whistles. Sometimes those “bells and whistles” on the website is all some people take notice of. You want substance not subterfuge. Closer examination of the company reveals some interesting facts once these companies try to get specific about their product. One website actually takes pride in the fact that, although they can build “any size steel building you want”, they limit what they sell to garages, carports, and storage bins. In other words, may only have cookie cutter sizes that are pre-formed in pieces waiting on pallets now, and your order needs to conform to the sizes they have in storage. Another example of how dirty these companies can be is found in the sales department. The salesmen will push you to have just what they want you to have instead of what you really need. Take a stand. Don’t be so easily manipulated.
